FOLLOWING VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

 
Publicity and Marketing: Work with our Marketing director to promote and sell the show (you must be a social networking pages (facebook, twitter etc.) savvy as most of our marketing would be done on there. As well as be willing to speak about the show, call radio station directors or personalities. Send out press releases to media outlets and follow-up. Arrange media interviews with casts and Creatives etc. Work closely with show producers and marketing director to design and execute innovative marketing strategies for the show. That person MUST be a people person
 
FOH (Front of House Manager: Handles all show details on the day of the show as it relates to the audience and venue. Manages customer service at the venue ensures that our audience has a pleasant visit to the play from the moment they walk through the doors. Liases with the Venue on behalf of the Production (love 'n Movement) to make sure that all the audience needs are met. Coordinates any sales of merchandise, and tickets at the venue. Manages any ushers or volunteers assigned to provide customer service to audience on behalf of the production at the venue. Helps to manage cocktail reception before or after show. Also MUST be a people person.
 
Ticket Sales Coordinator: Works closely with producer to manage all ticket sales requests, assists with setting up ticketing system and coordinating both group and individual ticket sales. Ensuring that all ticket requests are met and processed in a timely manner. Works in collaboration with Front of House Manager around ticket sales at the venue on show day
 

Sponsorship Coordinator: Assist production with pursuing cash and in-kind sponsorships for production. A commission based on secured sponsorships.
